Hubertus M. Muehlhaeuser is President and Chief Executive Officer of
Welbilt, Inc. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of
Manitowoc Foodservice in July 2015 to lead Manitowoc Foodservice (now
Welbilt) through its separation from The Manitowoc Company in March 2016 and
to position the new stand-alone company for long-term sustainable growth.

Muehlhaeuser held numerous executive positions, including Senior Vice
President and General Manager, Europe/Africa/Middle East; Senior Vice
President – Strategy & Integration and General Manager, Eastern Europe/Asia;
Senior Vice President – Strategy & Integration; and General Manager –
Engines, at AGCO Corporation, a leading manufacturer and distributor of
agricultural equipment and related replacement parts.

Before joining AGCO, he led the Global Strategy and Organization Practice at
international management consulting firm Arthur D. Little, Ltd. He was a
member of the firm’s Global Executive Team and was the firm’s Managing
Director, Switzerland.

Muehlhaeuser also serves as Chairman of Muehlhaeuser Holding GmbH, a leader
in tunneling and mining equipment. He is a Member of the Board of Cormoran
de Bilbao (Spain), a Director of the German American Chamber of Commerce,
and a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of
Manufacturers, as well as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the
University of Tampa.

Muehlhaeuser studied Business Administration at the European Business School
in Oestrich-Winkel and London, as well as the Universidad Argentina de la
Empresa, and holds a Master of Business Administration from EBS University
of Business and Law.
