Vice President Performance Excellence Adecco Staffing
Derree Braswell is Vice President of Performance Excellence at The Adecco Group which is based in Zurich, Switzerland. Derree is an exceptional business leader with 15+ years of experience working in fast-paced, staffing, retail and educational environments that demand strategic insight, strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills. She is confident and poised in interactions with senior executives, leaders and individual contributors at all levels. She is an expert in managing change, building relationships and managing a wide range of learning and organizational development strategies, including talent development, performance management, and process improvement initiatives. Her life motto is “love what you do!”
Her work on the global team for the Adecco Group is driving key talent management initiatives. Some of her projects include the launching of the organization’s Early in Career assessment efforts that feed the International Future Leaders program, improving global managers’ ability to have winning performance conversations, enhancing the Adecco Group competencies, continuing to certify internal talent leaders to deliver 360 feed-back, and Birkman coaching and delivery of workshops around the globe.
In her spare time, she is an itinerant conference speaker for leaders, women and non-profit organizations. Derree has a passion for seeing individuals grow into their full potential and provides individualized coaching and mentoring.
Derree is well respected in the field of Learning and Development. She is a former President of the Northeast Florida Chapter of ATD and served as a member of the board for eight years and also served briefly at the National level. Derree is a certified Birkman Trainer and has certified consultants in Switzerland, Vietnam, and France representing over 15 different countries. She has been a key-note speaker, and facilitator for over 100+ national and international trainings. She is also certified in Crucial Conversations, Emotional Intelligence, Bob Pike’s Train the Trainer, Instructional Design and more. She has co-authored over thirteen award-winning training programs and is currently writing her book, entitled “Turn the Page!”
Derree is married to her husband Joseph; together they have seven children and five grandchildren and reside in Jacksonville, Florida. She loves her work helping others learn more about themselves in order to be their “best” self!
