Florida Diversity Council – FLDC

Our 2025 schedule includes a range of impactful training sessions and signature events, designed to educate, inspire, and foster collaboration. These sessions will address key topics in diversity, equity, inclusion, leadership, and professional development.

 

Monthly Events:

  • January:
    MLK Week (January 20-24)

    This week celebrates the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with a series of educational and community-focused events designed to inspire reflection, action, and service in the pursuit of social justice.
  • February:
    Dialogue on Mental Health (February 6th)

    A critical discussion on the intersection of mental health and diversity, this event addresses the importance of creating supportive, inclusive spaces that prioritize mental well-being for all.
  • March:
    LatinX Summit (March 19th)
    A celebration of LatinX culture and contributions, this summit focuses on the unique challenges and opportunities faced by LatinX professionals in today’s workforce.
  • April:
    Diversity & Leadership Conference (April 7-10)
    Our premier annual event, featuring thought leaders, executives, and change-makers who will share insights, strategies, and stories to drive diversity and leadership development.
  • May:
    Women’s Symposium (May 14th)

    A powerful gathering of women leaders, this symposium fosters mentorship, empowerment, and leadership development for women at all career stages.
  • June:
    Global Leadership Symposium (June 11th)
    A platform for international leaders and professionals to exchange ideas, this symposium offers strategies for inclusive leadership in a globalized world.

    LGBTQ+ Roundtable (August 13th)

    This roundtable brings together voices from the LGBTQ+ community and allies to discuss key issues, advocacy, and strategies for workplace inclusion.

    Belonging Symposium (September 18th)
