Initially trained as a speech pathologist, Robert spent 18 years providing rehabilitation therapy to individuals with brain injuries and developmental disabilities in the health care arena with Kaiser Permanente Health Plan and Hospitals. He has spent the last 16 years working in the field of talent development as a Sr. Learning and Development Consultant with Kaiser Permanente and now as a Performance Consultant with The Adecco Group in Jacksonville since March of 2016. Robert has a BS degree in Speech Therapy from Oregon State University and a Master’s degree in Communication Therapy from Washington State University.
