Annie Grogan is President & CEO of the Hispanic Institute for Life and Leadership of Northeast Florida (H.I.L.L.). She has 20+ years of professional human resources experience working in top Fortune 500 companies. Half of her HR career has been spent in Generalist roles overseeing corporate human capitol strategies that varied from HR Generalist to HR Director.
The other half of her career has been spent working as Department Head for Staffing and Recruiting teams. In this capacity she worked in multiple high visibility roles such as Recruiting Supervisor, Corporate Recruiter, Recruiting Project Manager for International Expansion and Enterprise Diversity Recruiting Strategy. She has worked for global and national organizations such as The Texas Employment Commission, Pepsi-Cola, Sallie Mae, Best Buy, Co., and Coach, Inc.
Annie serves in multiple roles with organizations throughout her community related to business and topics impacting the Latino Community. She completed an ROTC program during her undergraduate years and has a degree in Secondary Education, from the University of Puerto Rico, and is a 10 year US Army veteran where she served as a Commissioned Officer in the Logistics field serving on assignments stateside and in Europe.
