John began his career with Sodexo in 2009. Since 2013, he has been the Director of the Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs). In this role John directs and partners of over 108 EBRG National and Global Leadership Team members of Sodexo’s nine EBRGs.
Under John’s leadership, the Sodexo EBRGs have implemented hundreds of national and regional activities, events and initiatives. He has grown the Sodexo EBRG Community resulting in the 6th top companies for Employee Resource Groups identified by DiversityInc.
Recently, John was awarded the Spirit of Sodexo Award, Sodexo’s highest honor, for his work within the EBRG Community.
John is a board member or committee member of several organizations in Tampa, FL, including Equality Florida and Metro Health and Wellness.
