Lisa Cannata assumed the role of chief learning officer (CLO) for Orlando Health February 2014. She joined Orlando Health in 2012 as the corporate director of Organization Development and now is responsible for organizational learning strategy to include: talent management, internal communications, clinical and systems education and team member development and engagement. Lisa serves on the Junior Achievement Board and is the co-chair for the Florida Healthcare Workforce / East Central Regional Council.

Lisa has fifteen years of healthcare experience, including for profit and nonprofit healthcare systems. Lisa was corporate director of Learning and Organizational Development at Martin Health System in South Florida and an organizational leadership consultant for Healthcare of America (HCA). She also spent nearly 10 years of her career with the Walt Disney Company, in operations, human resources and training.

Lisa earned a bachelor of science in communications from Florida State University and a master’s degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix. She holds a number of human resources and training certifications and is learning and development president for the Florida Hospital Association
