Prior to Harris, Christina spent 11 years in the Staffing Industry. During her tenure in the Staffing industry she worked for industry leaders: TekSystems, Volt Information Sciences, Smith Hanley & Hudson. Her roles included Recruiting and Sales. Her recruitment and sales experience spanned various levels of recruiting within the High Tech Industry.
Christina earned her BS in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. She received her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification in January of 2008 and was recertified in 2011. She received her HCS (Human Capital Strategist) certification in May of 2010.
Prior to Harris, Cama spent 10 years in the Staffing Industry. During her tenure in the Staffing industry she worked for industry leaders: Aerotek, Robert Half and Volt Information Sciences. Her roles included Recruiting, Sales, Program Management and Branch Management. Her recruitment and management experience spanned all levels of recruiting: from non-exempt to exempt, temp to direct, domestic to international, and administrative to the board room.
Cama earned an MA in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University and her BA in Mass Communication from Denison University. She is a certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt and a Green Belt Candidate. She received her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification in January of 2008 and was recertified in 2011.
Emily’s work experience includes tenure with Hyatt Hotels, Shaklee Corporation, and Convergys Corporation.
Passionate about learning both in and out of the workplace, Emily holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She also serves as a member of the advisory board for Human Resources People & Strategy (HRPS).
Emily loves travel and works on word searches to relax. She and her family relocated to Orlando in late 2009 and love the sunshine!
Prior to joining the Magic, Boyce served at the White House in the Office of Political Affairs where he monitored political activity and tracked key races across the Plains-Southwest region of the United States. Boyce also coordinated pro-active communication, public relations and education outreach across diverse communities, constituencies and issues on behalf of the President.
During his tenure at the White House, Boyce also served in the Office of Public Liaison. In this role, he directed African-American and Professional Sports Outreach in addition to event related work in the fields of healthcare and economic policy. Prior to this, Boyce worked for a public affairs firm in Alexandria, Virginia, Direct Impact, and served in the Vice President’s Political and Communications Office.

Boyce received his bachelor’s degree in political science and speech communication from the University of Central Missouri. He is currently pursuing his MBA at Rollins College in Orlando Florida.
Nancy Zentis has over 30 years of experience developing Talent Management strategies working with global private and public organizations such as Motorola, Pratt and Whitney, Pepsico, Tyco, Baptist Health, Miami Children’s Hospital, Montenay Power, Florida Power and Light, Astra Zenica, Volvo, and American Express, Broward County Aviation, Avaya, and Orange County Courts of California.
Nancy’s expertise is in the area of 360 Feedback Assessments, Competency Development, Succession Planning, Developing High Potentials, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Career Development and Mentoring.
Dr. Zentis has contributed to several articles to the Organizational Development Journal for ASTD on the topic of Talent Management and Leadership Development. She has also published a book on Action Research Tools for Leadership Development.
Her passion is to advance the field of Organization Development. She has developed an online Organization Development Certificate Program and it is offered throughout the Americas, India, Middle East. Asia and Africa.
Nancy founded the regional chapter of the South Florida Organizational Development Network (www.sflodn.org) in 1999 and leads the chapter since then. She promotes the learning and development of the OD field and OD practitioners by creating a network of professionals and coordinating monthly events with other professionals. She is a past president of ASTD South Florida Chapter and has presented at many professional conferences including IAF, ISPI, ASTD, and SHRM.
Nancy holds a Master’s in Business Management & HRM and a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Capella University.
