Celeste’s personal theme song is “I’m Every Woman” by Chaka Khan.

She is a daughter, wife, mother, two- time breast cancer survivor, sales & marketing professional and weekend athlete. She’s been a patient and a patient advocate.

Celeste grew up as bi-racial child, with a black mother and white father in Kentucky on the heels of segregation.

She started her career in broadcast journalism in Louisville, KY and later ventured into pharmaceutical sales.

She has sold everything from a recombinant form of human activated protein C to the ICU, GP 2b/3a to the cath lab, insulin to the hospital and IV antibiotics to patients in the ER.

Celeste has spent the last 14 years helping patients get the medications they need, despite their efforts to pay. She has conducted in-services to social workers, case management, office managers and others on how to access to patient assistance programs.

She help create a Diversity Council within her pharmaceutical company to promote racial and cultural awareness and inclusion. Celeste is also known for being the team motivational champ and a leader in initiating new ideas.

She is graduate of the University of Louisville and has won many sales and leaderships awards in her healthcare career. In 2016, she was awarded The Excellence in Leadership award at the Medicines Company in recognition of her dedication to her team and commitment to patients.
