This Summit aims to highlight the importance of multi-generational diversity and inclusion efforts in the workplace. With multiple generations working alongside each other in our organizations, we hope to address how business leaders can promote diversity and inclusion initiatives that help these different generations better understand one another, as well as how they can embrace and leverage their differences. By holding an event that promotes discussion and dialogue about multi-‐generational diversity and inclusion topics, the Florida Diversity Council hopes to encourage dialogue and best practice sharing amongst leaders from various organizations and industries.
