Ronda Cavanagh is the Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at Wawa, Inc. where she has been employed for the past 16 years. She has experience in many areas of the business including Store Operations, Merchandising, Marketing and Human Resources. In her current role, she oversees Wawa’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition. Ronda also oversees Wawa’s employee resource groups which are focused on LGBTQ associates, veterans, women, ethnic minorities, young professionals and their allies. Ronda is passionate about making not only our workplace more inclusive but also our communities. Recently Ronda has joined the Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Diversity Council as the Secretary on the leadership team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Dynamics from Immaculata University. She is about to begin the next step in her learning journey by attending Peirce College to earn her Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership and Management. Ronda is the youngest of five girls and lives in Glen Mills, PA with her Chihuahua, Tony, and her cat, Elsa.
