Tanya Vaughn-Patterson is a Senior Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at NextEra Energy, Inc., a leading clean energy company. She is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience of over 25 years in diversity and inclusion, talent management, training and development and leadership coaching.

Tanya is a certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt and a Generational Differences facilitator. She is an accomplished, dynamic speaker and frequently presents at professional associations and conferences and is skilled at assisting them in defining and developing a culture of inclusion.

Tanya holds a Masters of Management in Human Resources and has served as Programs and Marketing Chair for the Human Resources Association of Palm Beach County. She is a United States Marine Corps Veteran, serving over nine years. Tanya also serves on the advisory board of Faith Hope Love Charity, an organization that provides services and support for homeless and at risk Veterans.

Tanya is passionate about helping leaders make the most of their resources and talent and helping individuals make the most of their opportunities.
