Chanda Jordan, Talent Development Manager, leads the training and development initiatives for Enterprise Holdings in Central Florida. With a local workforce of over 1,300, encompassing 100+ job titles, she and her team focus on leadership development, management skills, and creating employee resources for the development of all employees.
Chanda has always been passionate about giving back, and currently manages her company’s local United Way campaign and Founding Values team, which includes annual Diversity and Inclusion efforts. She is also a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida.
Prior to her role in Talent Development, she worked in Operations, Business to Business Sales, and Talent Acquisition. She has achieved both her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Chanda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a Minor in Business from the Ohio State University and currently resides in Orlando with her family.
