Native Floridian, born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Keith has three daughters ages 23, 20 and 18 and he and his wife Monica, have a baby boy, Miles who is 18 months old.
Keith is a graduate of Florida A&M University B.S. degree in Political Science and minor in Labor Relations Management. He has enjoyed a twenty-seven year career in Human Resources and is frequently called on to speak on the issues of leadership and management, as well as recruiting and job readiness. He currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Tampa Bay Sports & Entertainment which includes the Tampa Bay Lightning NHL Franchise, Tampa Bay Storm Arena Football League team and the Amalie Arena.
He also is very active in the community and serves as a member of several non-profit and charitable organizations including Board memberships on:
