Taiane Veloso “Tai” is a Senior Account Executive at SAP SuccessFactors. The primary focus of her work is on identifying how HCM technology supports various forms of business strategies, improving the accuracy and impact of talent management processes and decisions, and developing ways that companies can effectively support and engage the needs of an increasingly diverse workforces. As part of the Diversity and Inclusion Program at SAP, Mrs. Veloso currently leads the Business Women’s Network (BWN) Group at SAP Miami, an employee-driven network at SAP to help women advance their careers and the company’s business. By sharing professional insights, best practices, education and experience, the group helps one another develop skills and career advancement opportunities to drive SAP’s success.

With over 10 years of sales experience, Mrs. Veloso has been with SAP SuccessFactors since 2014. Prior to joining SAP she worked on Wall Street as a Financial Broker for 6 years. While there, she managed negotiations between major financial institutions in Europe, North America and Latin America and was named one of the top producing Brokers during her first year.

Ms. Veloso holds a BS degree with honors in Business Management from University of Phoenix, a Graduate Degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU and a MBA from IE Business School. Originally from Brazil, she is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, English and French.

Aside from work, Mrs. Veloso is passionate about educating people on the benefits of having a diverse and inclusive workforce. As a Latin women who moved to the United States on her own at the age of 19, Mrs. Veloso enjoys sharing her story, coming from a male-dominated Wall Street environment to SAP. After visiting over 35 countries during her life, she currently lives in Miami with her husband and loves her career at SAP. “Be passionate, do what you love, love what you do” is her motto.
