Unity through Diversity & Inclusion: It Begins with All of Us

You often hear about the need to recruit, develop, and retain a more diverse workforce – including, for instance, more women, people of color, and persons with disabilities. Many top businesses have instituted diversity and inclusion (D&I) proposals to help enhance these efforts. Two questions remain for many C-Suite executives and key business leaders: what is the business case for this investment, and how can I help? This half-day event will bring together multiple individuals from various businesses, industries, and backgrounds to delve into the ROI for D&I initiatives. Our speakers will share best practices on how to increase profitability through inclusivity and highlight how D&I should strategically serve as a catalyst to grow one’s bottom line.
